Garza Sophia (Sophia Garza)

Observation

Sophia has not completed her CPR/First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogen and safe sleep trainings. She stated that she has completed the food handler training but could not produce the card. Sophia stated she will get them completed and trun in the cards to the licensor within two weeks. She has not comepleted her 10-hours of annual STARs. She also states that she will complete STARs.
